Human resources requirements of our companies are identified on the basis of short term and long term targets of the holding and we aim at recruiting innovative candidates that are open to change and suitable for our corporate culture.
The recruitment process is summariced as follows;
- Candidates from the candidate database of Akbaş Holding, who are suitable for the available position are invited for interview.
- The HR and Corporate Development department conducts a preliminary interview with invited candidates. A technical aptitutde test and/or foreign language test is given to the canfdidate as required following preliminary interview and the candidate is examined by the on site physician.
